We are currently strengthening our Management Control team within the **Administration, Finance and Control**area. **Workplace**: Buttrio (UD) **Responsibilities**: - Daily support to the top management of the Business Unit and/or Subsidiary
- Support in defining and continuously monitoring objectives related to productivity, profitability, and key company indicators and KPIs
- Interface with teams from different areas of Management Control, both at HQ and international subsidiaries
- Monthly preparation and analysis of the Profit & Loss statement, including support and development of Forecast/Budget processes




- Accounting entries related to the calculation of overhead costs based on analytical and industrial accounting principles
- Monthly preparation and analysis of company overhead costs by cost center, including gap analysis reporting and periodic follow-up aimed at continuous cost optimization
- Monitoring of production structure absorption
- IT support in the development and improvement of tools, KPIs, and digital processes **Technical Requirements**: - Degree in Economics/Management, Scientific High School Diploma and/or Accounting Diploma with IT specialization
- Knowledge of general and analytical accounting
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
- Good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in similar roles will be considered a nice-to-have during the selection process **Soft Skills**: - Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, curiosity, and reliability
