**To expand our team, we are looking for a**: Junior Channel Operation Specialist (internship).

**What will you do**:
As a Junior Channel Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Regular reporting on channel KPIs and ensuring underlying data quality
- Partner performance monitoring and analysis: evaluation of productivity,



conversion rates, growth, retention and forecasting.
- Partner management operational support incl. contract and documentation management.
- Alignment with sales, marketing, and finance teams: collaboration to optimize end-to-end processes (from lead to renewal). **Skills and requirements**: - Advanced Excel and/or Power BI knowledge in building reports, dashboards and forecasting models.
- Understanding of Software-as-a-Service and software vendor business models
- Experience with sales process automation or CRM optimization
- Clear and professional communication: both written and verbal in Italian and English (additional European languages are a plus) **What we offer**: - Monthly internship allowance of 1.200 €
