Overview

Triton Partners is a European investment firm focused on medium‑size businesses. We are seeking an intern for our Milan office to support investment decisions for the period of 6 months (January – June 2027).

Responsibilities

- Build deep sector and company knowledge by engaging with leading corporate leaders across Europe.
- Analyse and dissect business models to inform investment decisions.
- Contribute directly to investment decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with a team of hands‑on investment professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

- Current enrollee in a bachelor’s or master’s program, or recent graduate.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Relevant prior internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
