Lead, coach and empower a team to achieve deliver exceptional customer experiences, sales excellence and ensure efficient store operations through positive and collaborative leadership. Act as a true Prada Ambassador and role model, consistently demonstrating the brand's values and commitments. Coach, lead and inspire Beauty Advisors to achieve their sales targets.

Monitor KPIs and provide qualitative feedback to elevate performance. Oversee inventory management (stock, testers, samples, and other selling tools) to prevent shortages or loss. Develop and maintain strong relationships within colleagues and foster a collaborative environment among all store categories.

Collaborate with CRM team to enhance client loyalty. Continuously upskill to adapt to luxury, beauty and brand values. Proven experience in beauty retail.



Passion and strong knowledge of beauty & fragrances categories.

Data-Driven mindset with solid understanding of KPIs. High cross-cultural agility, with the ability to adapt communication and leadership style to diverse teams and clients. Make-up Artist certification is considered a plus.
