Your next challenge: create the future of Technology Innovation. You'll join our Technology Innovation Department within the Paper Team, where, together with your tutor, you will contribute to product innovation by turning ideas and business needs into experimental evidence through laboratory testing, data analysis, and hands-on activities. You will support the development of new materials and solutions, gaining practical experience while helping drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Empowered To Do Support laboratory and testing activities, contributing to the generation of experimental evidence that supports innovation projects.

Assist in the collection, processing, and interpretation of data from tests and analyses, gaining exposure to scientific methodologies and industrial processes.

Participate in the use of material and product characterization techniques and tools, working alongside experienced professionals in day-to-day activities.

Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and the maintenance of company systems for the management and storage of experimental data.

Develop technical, analytical, and digital skills through a structured learning journey, while operating in compliance with company safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
