RINA is currently recruiting for a OT Cyber Security Engineer to join its office in ROME, GENOA, NAPLES within the Operating Engine Division.
We are currently looking for a motivated engineer to expand our technical team.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify security risks within organizations and complex systems/architectures, in particular automation plants and onboard vessels;
- Perform vulnerability assessments in IT/OT environment;
- Design securitymeasures and provide recommendations or suggestions to improve security postures;
- Provide supportto Customers in cybersecurity related activities;
- Draft technicalreports, with special focus on IEC 62443 required documents;
- Write technicaldocumentation, regarding both descriptions and test procedures.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Cyber Security
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security aspects of principal Operating Systems;
- Previous experiences in OT systems (at plant or sub-system level);
- Previous experiences in cybersecurity risk analysis;
- Strong problem-solving ability;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Italian and English as a minimum;
- Flexibility andability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere;
- Availability totravel within the Country and abroad;
- Adequate knowledge of networking models, Purdue model, Zone & Conduit model, etc.;

Desired Requirements
- Security Certifications: GIAC/GICSP or ISA62443 related certifications, ISACA CISM/CISA/CRISC.
Previous experiences in Red/Blue/Purple Teams will be considered as a plus.

Compensation Data The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30,000 and €40,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
