We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**
- **General Ledger Management**: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- **Month-End Close**: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Monitor and process invoices, payments, and collections to maintain cash flow integrity.
- **Financial Analysis**: Support budgeting and forecasting activities; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all federal tax laws and company policies; assist with internal and external audits.
