This role is designed for someone who enjoys being in the field, collaborating with technical teams, and contributing directly to the performance and reliability of complex transportation systems. **Main Responsibilities**: - Support customers during the initial operational phase of our installations, ensuring **high operational reliability** and smooth system performance worldwide.
- Supervise the customer’s operational team, overseeing **daily checks**, **start‑up procedures**, and **routine maintenance** to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Deliver **technical training** to local teams, helping them build the skills needed to operate and maintain the installations effectively.
- Develop and update **training programs** tailored to different installation types and country‑specific requirements, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge transfer. **Required Qualifications**: - Technical secondary school diploma (mechanical, electrical, or electronic).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Experience in the ropeway sector is an advantage.
