Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) We're hiring Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at various locations for a leading international retail client. This is a freelance, on-demand role, with assignments given based on your location and availability.

Key Responsibilities Offer onsite IT and network support at customer sites. Troubleshoot and fix network and connectivity issues. Install and swap out routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT equipment. Handle hardware upgrades and break/fix support tasks. Complete service reports and update support tickets after each job. Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in onsite IT or network support. Good working knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN. Hands‑on experience with Cisco,



HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar vendor equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication. A valid driver's license and readiness to travel. Fluency in Italian. Good English proficiency (required).

Preferred Qualifications Certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. Prior experience in IT support for retail stores or similar environments.
