- Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian knowledge would be a plus.
- Prior experience at greenfield food industry plant projects as a draftsman will be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software both 2D and 3D

- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 2° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary: €48.000,00.
Position Summary
- Making the technical drawings needed by the project team in the design studies of new green field food production facility planned to be established.
- Integrating the drawings from the suppliers into the main drawings within the scope of the project.
- Creation of BIM 360 Project Folder Structure
- Keep the BIM 360 Folder Strcuture organized
- Comply with occupational health and safety rules.
A Day in the Life of a Technical Design Specialist
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites
- Communicating with architects, engineers, project team and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Creating technical drawings from sketches and specifications.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
- Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3‑D models and renderings.
- Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Collaborating with project team to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in drawing environment.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Describe production methods step‑by‑step (including equipment and software types to be used)
- Create manuals that describe existing products' operation, features and maintenance.
