Location: Fully Remote Compensation: €12.00 - €14.00 per hour Employment Type: Freelance (32-40 hours per week) Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer support? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Specialist** to join our team remotely. You'll be supporting an established, market-leading educational company in the Netherlands, helping learners achieve their goals. This is **not** a call center role—there are **no cold calls** involved. Instead, you’ll be assisting **existing customers** exclusively, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our services. If you're a proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! The task is for long-term and available for freelancing. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success: - Handle last-minute bookings.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent Dutch speaker (proficiency in written and spoken Dutch is essential and required).
- Work Style: Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
- Skills: Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility: Availability for a minimum of 4 weekend days per month is required (between 11:00AM - 04:00PM CEST)
