WeWork is seeking a Community Manager to own the Member experience across buildings in your portfolio, building relationships with members and enterprise clients while maintaining WeWork standards. You will ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive initiatives to improve KPIs, including Net Promoter Scores, in a dynamic hospitality and community environment. You will lead a team, manage on-site operations, and partner with Sales and Real Estate to support enterprise locations. #
