store in Verona, located on Corso Portoni Borsari.

2. Pay
attention to every detail of your store
• Ensure compliance with visual
merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
• Manage back-office operations
and follow procedures (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock
management, etc.).
• Participate in administrative
tasks related to the store and headquarters (recruitment, human resources,
cash register management, bank deposits, etc.).
• Master and effectively use our
digital tools.

Profile
• You have previous experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector.
• You are customer-oriented and service-driven.
• You are able to analyze data and monitor store KPIs.
• You have natural leadership skills and know how to motivate your team.
• You have a strong business mindset and are goal-oriented.
• You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• You are available to work on weekends and public holidays.
