Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical seeks a Medical Science Manager (MSM) to strengthen relationships with medical thought leaders and societies in Central-Southern Italy. You will develop scientific exchanges and provide clinical information to support product development and commercialization.

Field-based role requiring Italian fluency, English reading skills, and 50–60% travel; you will collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations to advance patient care and education across Italy.
