EU passport required Fluent Italian requiredWe are seeking an experienced M&E; Project Manager to join a leading contractor on a hyperscale data centre project in Rome.This is an exciting opportunity to lead the mechanical and electrical delivery on one of Europe's most advanced mission-critical facilities. The role offers a rotation package with accommodation, travel, and living allowance fully provided.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the M&E; packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage subcontractors and site teams, driving quality, safety, and programme compliance.Act as the key point of contact between Italian-speaking teams, clients,
and stakeholders.Ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across all M&E; works.Regularly report on progress, risks, and performance to senior management.Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.Requirements:Proven experience as an M&E; Project Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential for stakeholder and site team communication.Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Italy (mandatory).Available to start within 2–4 weeks.Willingness to work on a rotational basis.Package & Benefits:60,000 – 70,000 annual salary.Rotation package including flights, accommodation, and living allowance.Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge hyperscale data centre project.Career progression within a leading international contractor.
