Your professional profile
Accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and proactive nature.
Previous training or experience in marketing, communications or event management.
Good knowledge of Italian, German and English to ensure effective communication with clients and partners.
Previous experience in coordinating vendors and managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning to logistics
Good familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms to better coordinate work and keep everyone involved updated.
Your duties
Organizing and managing in-house events (weekly and special occasions) dedicated to our guests, ensuring unique experiences with attention to detail and meeting company standards.
Research, selection and management of musicians, entertainers and external collaborations to enrich initiatives.
Management of gadgets, signage and all materials related to event protocol.
Designing and sending personalized invitations and communications,
maintaining a professional relationship with guests.
Coordinating and curating exclusive experiences aimed at our regular guests, ensuring continuity and quality.
Planning and updating the monthly program of activities, including managing dedicated gadgets.
Monitoring reorders, reprints and distribution of promotional materials.
Creating or translating German texts for DACH market PR agencies and newsletters. xkiyazw
