As Maintenance Engineering
Lead you will respond to the Head Of Department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line within EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department. Job includes plant reliability analysis, equipment criticality assessment and maintenance plan development. Scope of the work involves activities ranging from acknowledging of process‑related conditions and evaluating the equipment detail design.
Maintenance Engineering
Lead (MEL) is to make sure that the project detailed design is safe and sound from an operation and maintenance point of view, complies with the international standards and meet the requirements arising from contract and technical specification therein referred to. In performing his job, the MES is liaising with client representatives, partners, suppliers, and project team. MEL regularly reports to the Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager the status of the Maintenance Engineering assessment, highlighting areas of concern. supporting the Commissioning,
Operation and Maintenance manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements maintenance engineering execution plan will be developed gathering of maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build‑up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment equipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank item listed in MEL in view of safety, environment, production requirement maintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis preparation of required documentation to attend meetings with Company, project team or vendors Master’s Degree/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualification Experience: More than 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry Technical/IT Skills: Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology (advanced knowledge is required) Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology (RCM certification is a plus) Fully aware of Oil & Gas plant related design documentation and drawings, which may include: 3D model, plot plan, P&IDs;, PFDs, Line list, GA drawings, mechanical data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures, etc.
Expert of MS Office package. Ability to work with 3D software application, i.e., Basic knowledge of Naviswork 3D Model software will be considered as plus.
