Zelestra in Rome, Italy, seeks a Lead Civil Specialist to develop, define and coordinate civil engineering for renewable plants under development and construction.

You will design civil works, supervise geotechnical studies, prepare tender specifications and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure quality and QHSE compliance.

Required: Master's or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in renewables, Italian native, fluent English (C1), and a proactive, independent, dynamic mindset.
