We are looking for a Jr Coffee Chemist to join our Scientific Department.The Jr Coffee Chemist will support applied research into innovative extraction techniques and analysis to detect chemical compounds in coffee.What will you do:Sample preparation with extractions: LLE, Soxhlet, SDE etc.Use of liquid chromatography instrumentation: LC coupled with MS mass spectrometry, HPLC.Recording, analysis and interpretation of data obtained from experiments with a view to producing internal reports,
patents and scientific papers.Statistical analysis and chemometrics.Requirements:Master's degree in Chemistry or CTF or PhD in Chemistry ( preferred Analytical Chemistry).Minimum experience in LC-MS on food matrices.Statistical analysis and chemometrics.The company applies the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Alimentare Industria).
