Italy Regional Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities

- Assist local Italy team in business development support sort project development documents, track project progress, compile regular business summary reports, project controlling and standardized data materials.
- Act as liaison between local team and China headquarters, synchronize development demands, project updates and resolve cross-regional communication matters timely.
- Cooperate with finance to organize supplier relevant business vouchers, match project settlement documents to ensure smooth capital verification and payment procedures.
- Provide comprehensive back-office support for regional development work, including document filing, daily coordination and auxiliary team operational work.
- Collaborate with Spain and Germany teams to unify regional development standards, optimize cross-country business coordination efficiency.




- Complete ad-hoc development coordination and supporting tasks assigned by regional supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Native fluent Mandarin for daily communication with headquarters
- Master oral and written Italian and English, capable of independent local business communication and document drafting
- Strong information sorting, cross-regional communication and multi-task prioritization skills
- Able to work efficiently under fast-paced working environment
- Candidates with overseas regional business coordination, project document sorting or supplier voucher management experience are preferred
