Qonto in Milan seeks a Team Lead AML Italy to run the day-to-day operations of the AML team, supervising 10 specialists and collaborating with our Head of AML. You will drive ongoing improvements, balance regulatory exposure, and shape team performance with a tech-first mindset.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of AML experience in Italy, proven management skills (3+ agents), and fluency in Italian and English to work with diverse stakeholders.
