Horizonia is seeking an Italian and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a global team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on delivering friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat across Tech, Travel, Automotive, and Social Media brands.

This position includes full relocation assistance. Minimum requirements include fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+); EU citizenship; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
