As an IT Support in the automotive industry, you'll bring curiosity, problem-solving, and technical expertise to a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. Working closely with a global and diverse team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing IT systems that directly impact dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT inquiries, providing desktop support and troubleshooting across Windows/macOS environments, Office 365, and line-of-business applications
- Manage office IT infrastructure, including network, printers, VPN, and meeting room AV systems, ensuring high availability and performance
- Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle — procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning — via asset management systems
- Administer Microsoft Intune / Entra ID for device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and conditional access
- Assist the IT Manager in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of operational systems (CRM, DMS), including user requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and vendor communication
- Support dealer-facing IT operations: troubleshoot integration issues between dealership DMS platforms and OEM systems (CRM, SAP), and serve as an escalation point for dealer IT inquiries
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in IT project delivery — define scope, track milestones, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of IT experience , with a strong preference for experience in the automotive industry
- Solid understanding of automotive IT systems and workflows — CRM, DMS, dealer management, parts inventory, warranty processing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune / Entra ID, and IT infrastructure management
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ITIL best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Professional fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
