What We Are Looking For: Reporting to the Talent Manager, as a HR Talent Specialist you will provide hands-on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well-rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.
Key Activities:HR Operations & Administration
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes;
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Support the updating of hiring document.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling);
- Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes;
- Create shortlists for hiring managers and ensure compliance with the recruitment process;
- Supporting withSHL assessment;
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent;
- Build, develop,and manage strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and external talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates;
- Reporting and analytics activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
- 2 years of experience in HR activities;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (creation of professional presentations and reporting materials);
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital HR technologies (e.G., AI for recruitment screening, data analysis, content creation) is considered a strong plus;
- Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong interestin building a career in Human Resources;
- Fluency in English;
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on attitude;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
