Gerresheimer AG is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR strategy across two glass manufacturing plants in Italy. The role involves managing people and organizational design, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating talent development. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, significant HR experience, and advanced proficiency in English.

This position requires availability for travel between the plants located in Bergantino, San Vito al Tagliamento, and Parma.
