The great things you will doBack Office Area Administrative Area Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations.

Review and submit supplier invoices for payment. Manage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations. The customer is at the heart of all operations.

Customer

Service (in person, online, by phone): Welcome guests and assist them with whatever they need—check‑in, city information, use of spaces, etc.



Serve as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and the guest, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Experience in operational or coordination roles within the hospitality or service industry.

Experience managing maintenance, stock orders, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. A flexible, open‑minded, positive, conciliatory, and customer‑service‑oriented individual. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving, and challenging startup environment like Líbere Hospitality. A team player who can also work independently, feeling comfortable resolving issues autonomously while knowing when to ask for help.
