ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Manager to translate global capability frameworks into excellent execution across markets. You will bridge HQ and field, identify capability gaps, and provide hands-on support to stores.

You will conduct regular visits, support APAC training, roll out initiatives, coach Store Managers, and share best practices. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is strongly preferred, with 5–6 years in luxury retail or capability
