You will manage complex deals, engage HR, legal, and finance stakeholders, and build a robust pipeline through outbound strategies. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with 2–3+ years in EOR or HR compliance, and a proven track record of quota attainment.
