Kong Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Quality Engineering across our runtime platforms (AI Gateway, API Gateway, Event Gateway and Mesh).

This high-visibility role drives a transformative testing strategy and the move toward intelligent, self-healing test substrates using LLMs. You will shape the QE organization globally, mentor SDETs, and partner with engineering and product teams to embed testability early in architecture while delivering enterprise-grade quality metrics
