About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Generative AI to join a high-impact, strategic project for a major client in the banking sector.
This is an urgent, high-priority hiring wave. You will join an international, fully remote team responsible for designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI systems, advanced LLM solutions, and cutting-edge GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI systems and model infrastructures using AWS native services.
- GenAI Integration: Implement, deploy, and optimize applications utilizing the latest Generative AI models, frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Serverless Engineering: Build event-driven architectures and manage scheduled executions for AI orchestration within cloud environments.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with international cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI and intelligent data solutions for financial systems.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience working as an AI/Software Engineer in complex environments.
- Generative AI: Practical, hands-on experience integrating, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4o/o1/o3, AWS Bedrock).
- Development Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python and deep experience with modern AI orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, PySpark).
- AWS Native Services: Deep expertise in serverless and core AWS architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS App Runner, AWS Lambda, S3, AWS Glue, and EventBridge is essential.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required to work effectively in our international environment.

La retribuzione per questo ruolo è compresa tra 25.000 € e 35.000 €.
La posizione è inquadrata nell'ambito del CCNL Commercio e Terziario applicato dalla nostra società. Il posizionamento all'interno del range sarà definito in base alle competenze tecniche, all'esperienza specifica nel ruolo e agli esiti del processo di selezione, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri. In presenza di profili con caratteristiche eccezionali rispetto al range indicato, potrà essere valutata una revisione previa approvazione interna
