Italy Pass Tours in Florence, Italy, is seeking an experienced Tour Operations & OTA Executive to join our team in Florence, supporting our Spain Museums business. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Only candidates with previous tour operator experience will be considered. You will manage daily tour operations, coordinate suppliers and guides, oversee OTA platforms and the Rezdy system, and ensure exceptional customer service across high-volume bookings.
