What you'll do

- Conduct thorough analyses of a high volume of transaction monitoring alerts, making informed decisions regarding complex customer behaviors.
- Handle escalated alerts by performing in-depth investigations to ascertain whether formal reporting is warranted.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams by providing insightful, data-driven feedback aimed at enhancing the precision of monitoring protocols.




- Optimize alert management processes to reduce false positives, thereby improving overall operational efficiency.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts in transaction analysis, documentation practices, and recognizing patterns in data.
- Keep meticulous records for each alert to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a defensible audit trail.
- Investigate new and emerging trends in financial crime, translating your findings into actionable detection rules ready for implementation.
