What you will do The Financial Controller - Area Service will support the monitoring and optimization of service operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control. Monitor service KPIs (e.repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs) Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Collaborate with field service teams, call centers,



and external service partners Ensure data accuracy in service management systems Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field Professional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus Good organizational and problem-solving skills Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 35.000 Benefits: Meal tickets Lavoro da remoto The Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
