Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical check out and commissioning for converting roll machines Maintain and service customer production equipment according to Valmet service procedures and safety processes Provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues during testing phase and related to processes, machinery or tools at customer’s site or remotely Carry out processes checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions to the customer Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure and optimise equipment performance Proactively evaluate and suggest spare parts or improvements to the customer for equipment update Carry out training to the customer’s site or in-house Collaborate with the technical department for solve or improve technical solutions Ensure the achievement of predefined objectives guaranteeing customer satisfaction within the agreed timeline Qualifications ~ Technical school diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar fields ~2-3 years of experience as Mechanical Technician in manufacturing industry, experience in converting industry is a plus ~ Proficiency with MS Office 365,
