Your next challenge: create the future of Technology Innovation. You'll join our Technology Innovation Department within the F&HC;, where, together with your tutor, you will contribute to product and process innovation. What You’ll Be Empowered To Do Support your tutor in conducting technical tests on products, materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.

Develop skills in collecting, analyze, and interpreting technical data to generate insights that support innovation.

Collaborate with the team on research, experimentation, and process optimization activities.

Develop skills to arrange technical documentation, reports, and project summaries, effectively communicating results and project progress.

Build strong collaboration and communication skills by working with professionals across different business functions, including Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Procurement, and Supply Chain How We Will Empower You A competitive monthly internship allowance (ranging from € 600,00 to € 1.200,00, depending on your residence location)

Ownership, accountability & purpose-driven focus Your technical playground Technical High School Diploma (Mechanical, Chemistry, Mechatronic…) or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM

Good English knowledge (Level B1 or above)

Ability to read technical documentations and layouts
