Jefferson Wells Italia is seeking a Design Engineer to join the Product Development team in Monza e Brianza. You will design and develop innovative products, supporting the entire lifecycle from concept to validation and industrialization.

The role requires ~3 years of experience in product design, strong CATIA V5 skills, and solid knowledge of FMEA, FEM and Moldflow, plus proficient English. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
