Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team, which is dedicated to managing and strengthening relationships with national and international customers. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.
In your role you will:
- Manage daily communications with customers, ensuring timely and effective support;
- Monitor orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions;
- Coordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues;
- Provide proactive customer support, identifying solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty;
- Support the sales team in developing growth strategies for the target markets;
- Request the necessary documentation for export - delivery notes, invoices, certifications - and manage any requests for customs assistance;
- Analyze customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement in business processes.
The ideal candidate has:
- A Degree in Languages, Economics, or related fields;
- 1-2 years experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts;
- Excellent command of English (C1 European Level or higher).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of export practices and international trade regulations;
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
- Aptitude for problem solving and effective management of priorities;
- Good knowledgeof the Office package and any ERP/CRM systems.
