It's more than a jobAs a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.
At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.As an Administration Specialist you will be part of the Operations team, being responsible for collecting and managing all the documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring a proper administration of all the information, completing data entry and reporting activities by using custom made local software and informatic tools. How you create impactIn order to support Operation with the administration of the documentation, check and collate all delivery notes, run and seal sheets, then keep all the materials organized by following local established proceduresProcess all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department as delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, etc.In order to ensure a smooth flow of information and paperwork, collaborate with Operation to create and, afterwards, update specific local operative procedure and ways to communicate administrative informationComplete all daily administrative duties, including but not limited to processing receipts, taking records, processing inbound/outbound documentationEnsure the accurate and timely input of all data in local systems by conducting data entry and reporting activitiesWhat we would like you to bring0 – 2 years' experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experienceExperience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems,
