We are looking for a passionate Condition Monitoring Engineer – or someone ready to grow into this role - to join our Global Condition Monitoring Team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of safeguarding critical mechanical assets across Europe – with a particular focus on wind turbine drivetrains and other rotating equipment. Tasks

Perform operational condition monitoring of assigned assets, including routine fleet analysis and ad hoc investigations.

Prepare clear recommendations, event-based and periodic reports for decision-makers.

Classify and prioritize alarms, documenting findings, recommendations and actions in line with defined workflows.

Systematically label and structure data in CM systems to support reporting and analysis.

Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes, tools and workflows.

CM related field activities across Europe, including surveys, installation and measurement campaigns.

Periodic meetings with colleagues and customers. Skills

Completed vocational training or technical degree in mechanical or electrical / electronic engineering, physics, maths, industrial maintenance or related discipline.

Confident use of PC applications, MS Office, analysing numerical datasets.

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a structured,



process-oriented approach to work.

Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document findings

Desirable

ISO 18436 Category II in vibration analysis (or willingness to obtain).

Experience working safely on industrial sites and at height (e.g. wind turbines).

Practical field experience with rotating machinery or industrial equipment.

Experience interacting with customers and / or internal stakeholders.

Basic understanding of wind turbines and / or condition monitoring technologies (e.g. vibration, oil analysis, SCADA data).

Conditions

Onboarding: During the first 6 months, you will make frequent visits to our UK office in Leeds for structured training and close supervision by the CM Team Leader, including participation in monitoring, reporting and on-site activities.

After onboarding: Hybrid work from within Europe

Hybrid: Office/ Homeoffice

European team meetings including 1-3 in-person per year, plus support for field activities (related to condition monitoring tasks)

The position requires travel in Italy and Europe from time to time.
