In this role you will support global compensation and benefits initiatives for a multinational chemical company. You will work with the HRIS to extract and analyze workforce data, ensuring data quality and governance across the C&B; function. You will prepare reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership and contribute to salary harmonization, incentive design, and the performance management process from a compensation perspective.

You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement global projects and ensure compliance with governance standards. This is a hands‐on, data‐driven role with meaningful impact on global pay structures and policy alignment.

Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system

Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B; reporting and analytics

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership

Coordinate global Compensation &





Benefits projects

Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units

Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans

Coordinate the global salary increase process

Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective

Prepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals

Organize and maintain C&B; governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation

Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations

5–8 years of experience in Compensation &

Benefits strong knowledge of HRIS systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills experience handling large international datasets

Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is advantageous
