AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for a professional and experienced VIP Villa Head Waiter to join our dedicated hospitality team. Lead the waitstaff team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless operations Coordinate and execute meal service, including setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs Assist in the planning and execution of special events or private dining experiences Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, customizing service to meet individual needs Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and presentation of dishes Manage inventory of dining supplies and assist with procurement as needed Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette Proficiency in wine and beverage pairings is a plus Experience with event planning and execution is highly valued Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage Full-time
