In this role you drive sales development for the Aerospace & Defence sector within Akkodis, building strategic client relationships and promoting the group’s service offerings. You will manage customer contacts, negotiate key terms, and sustain long-term partnerships while supporting talent sourcing and project planning. The role combines business planning, financial oversight, and people management to deliver profitable growth.

You join a global team focused on transforming product development and operations for clients, with a clear emphasis on autonomous leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

- Assess and benchmark customer contacts;

grow a portfolio of strategic clients and prospects

- Negotiate important commercial and contractual conditions
- Promote all Group service offerings and maintain lasting customer relationships




- Participate in sourcing and selection processes;

build proactive candidate pipelines

- Collaborate with recruiters and HR to align talent with client needs
- Develop and monitor long-term business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Manage profit & loss for the profit center, including investments, overheads, invoicing, and resource billability
- At least 1 year of experience in the Aerospace sector
- Strong listening and communication skills;

proactive and autonomous personality

- Ability to manage priorities and work as part of a team
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Experience in talent sourcing and client relationship management
- Knowledge of financial tracking and P&L; concepts
