- MarketAnalyze consumer, shopper and market trends, channel dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.Monitor sell-out and consumer data to identify trends and recommend actions.Support the development and execution of marketing plans together with the European Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Lead in ItalyContribute to consumer recruitment initiatives and communication plans across TV, Digital, Brand Activations and PR.Support budget monitoring and PFME tracking.Brand &
- CommunicationCollaborate with creative and communication agencies on brand assets and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and identity.Support management of selected P&L; areas.Portfolio &
- InnovationSupport innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio,
production processes and factory operations.Maintain close collaboration with factory teams and international stakeholders to support export and market opportunities.Sales &
- Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Trade marketing and Sales teams, contributing to build effective trade stories and commercial initiatives.Skills &
