Randstad Italia SpA, on behalf of a multinational company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering effective communication within a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will balance rigorous time management with a sophisticated professional presence.

Strategic Calendar Management: Optimize the CEO's schedule by prioritizing high-impact engagements and managing complex, multi-timezone agendas Gatekeeping & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and ambassador for the CEO, facilitating smooth communication with internal leadership and external global stakeholders Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel,



including detailed logistics, visas, and subsequent expense management Project Tracking: Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure corporate priorities are aligned and executed flawlessly Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background Experience in a C-suite support role (EA or PA), ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization Full professional proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian is mandatory Advanced command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern digital collaboration tools Executive Presence: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interface confidently with senior leaders Flexibility and composure when navigating the shifting demands of a dynamic corporate landscape
