Namul Korean Restaurant, established in 2023 in Nassau, The Bahamas, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help shape the next stage of our restaurant. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, develop and refine Korean and Asian-inspired dishes, improve existing recipes and presentation, maintain consistent food quality, and train and lead the culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Korean or Asian cuisine, experience in menu development, recipe standardization, food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen leadership. We are looking for more than someone to maintain the existing kitchen. We want a creative and disciplined culinary leader who can bring fresh ideas, strengthen our systems, and help evolve Namul while respecting authentic Korean flavors and techniques.
