Application Specialist – Overview Start a new professional adventure as an Application Specialist in the Information System & Digital industry in Milan or Turin . As a consultant at Amaris Consulting you will act as a technical and functional expert and as an ambassador to clients.
Responsibilities Build strong relationships of trust with clients and fully understand their challenges and issues. Implement, configure and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements. Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices.
Support application upgrades, releases, patches and new feature deployments. Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications and support procedures. Provide advanced technical support for business‑critical applications, including Level III post‑implementation support.
Diagnose, investigate and resolve issues to minimise business disruption. Manage incidents, service requests and problem‑resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements. Monitor application performance, availability and system health to identify issues.
Support data management, APIs or application testing as required. Attend the office once a week as needed.
Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration or a related field. Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration. English at C1 level and Italian at B2 level. Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and eagerness to learn. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Gross annual salary range: EUR 27 000 – EUR 50 000, determined based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
