Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead Subsea XT technology development. You will generate new designs, create detailed drawings and BOMs, and drive multi-disciplinary collaboration across teams. In this role you will manage plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and push patent-worthy innovations while tracking market trends. Chartered Engineer is desirable.
