FCE/TG Sede di lavoro Northern Italy, frequent travels abroad Descrizione The CEO will hold full P&L; responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.Key Responsibilities Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance,
