Responsibilities: When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Bergamo International Airport arrivals area when notified. Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. (Note:

No airport security clearance is required for this role). ? What We Offer High Flexibility: A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available. Great Compensation: 20$ per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour) + 15$ per claim after the first 5; Full Expense Reimbursement: Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.
