The Role:As a Product Manager, you will own the discovery, development, and optimisation of digital products that deliver value for both customers and the business. Acting as the bridge between local market teams, Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial stakeholders, you'll ensure product decisions are informed by customer insight, data, and commercial opportunity. You'll manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration, balancing local market needs with DAZN's global product strategy. This role requires a commercially minded, customer-focused product leader who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about delivering seamless digital experiences at scale.
What You'll Be Doing:
Owning the discovery, definition, and delivery of new product features and enhancements
Acting as the voice of the customer while balancing global product priorities with local market needs
Partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver innovative solutions
Translating customer and business requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics
Using analytics, experimentation, customer research, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
Managing product relationships with external partners, including operators, OEMs, and telecommunications providers
Communicating product vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders across the business
Evaluating product investments against customer impact, commercial value, and strategic objectives
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in Product Management or a related digital product role, ideally within streaming, consumer technology, media, or e-commerce
Proven experience delivering successful digital products from discovery through launch and optimisation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership
Experience working within agile product environments, alongside cross-functional teams, with a strong customer-first and commercially focused approach
